Meet Your Healer
My name is Portia. I am a qualified Reiki Practitioner and Crystal Healer. I studied and graduated from the Reiki Science Academy. I am also a member of the UK Reiki Federation, and am fully insured with Balens Insurance.
For many years I would find myself instinctively placing my hands on people where they had injuries or if they were stressed. I was informed that this would give an effect of calm and that quite a lot of heat would travel through my hands. I had been told over the years by several psychics that I was a “natural healer”.
My journey into energy healing began after experiencing the transformative effects of Reiki during a challenging time in my life. Now, I am passionate about using this healing gift for others seeking physical, emotional, and spiritual harmony.
What is Reiki?

During a Reiki session, the practitioner channels life force energy through their hands to the client. This energy flows to where it's most needed in the body, helping to remove energy blocks and promote balance in the mind, body, and spirit.

What to expect
During a Reiki session, you will lie down comfortably while the practitioner gently places their hands on or above specific areas of your body. The session typically lasts 60 minutes with ambient music playing and can include a guided meditation if desired. Many clients report feeling deeply relaxed and rejuvenated by the experience. No special preparation is needed; just come with an open mind and comfortable clothing.
As a spiritual practitioner, I am also sometimes given messages during the Reiki session to pass onto the client should they wish to receive them.

During a crystal healing session, you will lie comfortably while I place specific crystals on or around your body according to your needs. The session typically lasts 60 minutes and includes a consultation to understand your specific concerns. The crystals work gently to restore balance and promote healing, and many clients report feeling deeply relaxed and rejuvenated afterward.
I use a variety of crystals including amethyst for spiritual protection, rose quartz for emotional healing, clear quartz for clarity, and many others, each chosen specifically for your individual healing journey.

My Spiritual Journey
Discovering and developing my spiritual gifts to help others
As a young girl I always seem to have had a sixth sense. An "Awareness". I was able to pick up on people's energies, vibrations and even intentions within seconds. I was also able to see spirit as a child, often playing with "imaginary" friends.
I decided to pursue the gifts of being able to communicate with beings and deliver help and advice through an ability to channel from spirit. I trained at the London College of Psychic Studies, alongside Clearly Destiny.
